Thought Bubble’s tender consulting services are provided across several key areas:
1. Gen-Text
Thought Bubble can assist your marketing team to prepare a library generic text which can be used to answer frequently asked questions and/or which can be drawn upon as a base to work with when tailoring one-off proposals and credentials. This can be provided as electronic files for you to upload on your own system, and/or provided as a hard copy style guide manual for your team members to freely access.
Information can simply be added to the manual or pages replaced as it is updated. Our experience has shown that more junior (or even new) personnel who have a resource to assist them in the tender process are far more empowered and motivated if they have precedent information to get them started on a large tender or credentials document.
Thought Bubble can also audit a sample of previous Request for Tenders or proposals to help you identify commonly asked questions and help you devise key messages which differentiate your organization. Examples of generic text and/or subject areas which are most suited for a library of key messages include:

4. Mentoring
Thought Bubble can also be engaged to oversee the real world practical application of the training by providing an ‘on the ground’ mentoring and coaching role when the next big tender arrives.
By providing peer support and coaching during what is often a high stress project period, bid team members can apply the fundamentals and seek assistance where required in a supportive learning environment.
The ‘train the trainer’ and/or peer learning approach will empower team members to share their knowledge and experiences with each other and learn continuous improvement techniques on an equal footing.
